No. We allow one account per person. Each account is linked to a single email address and mobile number. If we detect that you are operating multiple accounts, we may suspend them and withhold any balance pending investigation. This rule helps us comply with anti-fraud rules and protects all users. If you no longer use your old account and want to open a new one, contact support to close the old account first. After closure, you can register a new account using a different email address.

Withdrawals to e-wallet or bank accounts are processed at no fee by us. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may charge a receiving fee. We recommend checking your e-wallet or bank's fee schedule before making transactions. All fees are transparent and shown before you confirm a transaction.
In the hebohqq app or website, go to Deposit. Select e-wallet, mobile banking, or local payment. Enter the amount and confirm. You are redirected to the e-wallet's login page (or payment screen if you are already logged in). Log in or authorize the transaction using your e-wallet PIN or biometric. Once authorised, the funds transfer to your hebohqq account within seconds to two minutes. Your account balance updates immediately, and you can then place bets on Liga 1, Piala Indonesia, live-dealer blackjack, slots, or esports markets. Keep your e-wallet topped up during high-volume periods (Idul Fitri, Idul Adha, or Champions League finals) in case the app's payment gateway experiences delays.
Free bets and free spins are promotional offers that we issue to eligible accounts.
